- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and budget.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs/ITTs, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and order placement.
- Analyse market trends and supplier performance to ensure the best quality and value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve procurement efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, logistics, operations) to align procurement plans with business needs.
- Developing PSCM sourcing and sector strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable Suppliers.
- Support PSCM process in terms of obtaining required goods and services.
- Negotiating with Suppliers to secure advantageous contractual terms.
- Reviewing existing contracts with Suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
- Preparing procurement reports.
Tələblər
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, Economics, Finance or a closely related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and supply, specially, in construction sphere.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leading positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, 1C) and outlook.
- Proven track record of managing complex sourcing projects and supplier negotiations.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Language skills: Azerbaijani (native), English (B1, B2).
- Deep understanding of supplier evaluation, risk management, and cost analysis.
