- Monitor and control project costs, including cash flow, variation orders, and payments
- Review and evaluate contract variations, providing recommendations to the Project Manager
- Oversee interim payment certificates and ensure timely payments in line with contractual terms
- Support risk mitigation through claim prevention and dispute resolution strategies
- Analyze project correspondence and assess contractual and financial implications
- Manage project close-out activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements
- Prepare regular cost and cash flow reports to support informed decision-making
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts aligned with the project plan
- Apply industry best practices in cost control and drive continuous process improvement
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in at least 2 construction projects
- Strong knowledge of cost control and budgeting
- Experience in contract management and financial analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
- Azerbaijani language – fluent
