Job responsibilities

• Market analysis, research of required goods in the local and foreign markets;
• Research of manufacturers of goods that are significant for the market in foreign countries;
• Preparation and analysis of procurement reports;
• Assessment of potential risks that may arise during procurement;
• Preparation of orders for required goods;
• Preparation of reports and maintenance of accurate inventory and procurement records;
• Compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards;
• Control of purchased stocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field;
• Strong communication skills,
• Computer skills (MS Excell, 1C)
• Azerbaijani – fluent; English and Russian – intermediate;
• İn-depth product knowledge-along with a solid understanding of the medical field and products, are also crucial;
• Excellent interpersonal abilities;
• Negotiation skills;
• The ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
