Team:

TMS (Transportation Management System) is responsible for managing cargo delivery between warehouses and pickup points.

In the near future, the team plans to develop a new routing service that will generate optimal delivery routes. If Mikhail chooses TMS, he will most likely work on this service.

Processes:

• Team-wide sync calls (BE, FE, BA, PM) three times a week.
• Grooming sessions for new tasks 1–2+ times a week.
