Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms

Develop and execute strategies to increase user acquisition and drive revenue growth

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)

Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to enhance campaign performance and reporting

Conduct A/B tests and user journey analysis to improve conversion rates

Stay up to date with the latest trends and platform updates in digital marketing

2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising

Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager

Strong analytical skills; experience with Google Looker Studio and other analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer)

Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies

Understanding of funnel metrics and mobile attribution

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Fluency in Russian and Azerbaijani; English is a plus
