Ensure proper execution of HR documentation processes in compliance with national labor legislation (employment contracts, orders, personal files, etc.);
Supervise leave planning, work schedules, and employee substitution procedures;
Coordinate hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, performance reviews, and terminations in alignment with organizational needs and compliance requirements;
Manage disciplinary processes and ensure fair and consistent implementation across the company;
Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights to internal management and relevant external bodies.
Support the implementation and coordination of training programs, including onboarding, professional skills, and leadership development;
Contribute to building and improving performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal cycles;
Provide guidance to departments on employee development and career growth opportunities.
Actively participate in the creation and refinement of internal HR policies, processes, and procedures;
Lead or contribute to initiatives related to employee experience, organizational culture, and engagement;
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within HR operations and development processes;
Support HR digitalization and automation projects, focusing on efficiency and transparency.
Tələblər
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on both operational and development functions;
Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor legislation and best HR practices;
Hands-on experience in training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS/reporting tools;
Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (written and spoken);
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and analytical skills;
Ability to lead HR initiatives independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
Experience in developing or contributing to HR policies and procedures is a plus.
