Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field;
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial maintenance role;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in facility or maintenance management;
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems;
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and organizational skills;
- Leadership and team management skills;
- Working proficiency in English.
