İşin təsviri

  • Provide customers with accurate and complete information in response to their inquiries;
  • Take a proactive approach to resolving non-standard situations and finding optimal solutions for customers;
  • Advise customers on the company’s products and services;
  • Maintain internal reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Azerbaijani and Russian, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good command of English (required);
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and confidently using an appropriate tone;
  • Fast and accurate typing skills;
  • Proficiency in office software;
  • Strong teamwork skills;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (operator or customer support).

Working Conditions:

  • Work schedule: 5 days a week: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00
  • Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code;
  • Salary: 1000 AZN
