Concierge Service Specialist (Chat)

Provide customers with accurate and complete information in response to their inquiries;
Take a proactive approach to resolving non-standard situations and finding optimal solutions for customers;
Advise customers on the company’s products and services;
Maintain internal reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of Azerbaijani and Russian, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Good command of English (required);
- Ability to express ideas clearly and confidently using an appropriate tone;
- Fast and accurate typing skills;
- Proficiency in office software;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (operator or customer support).
Working Conditions:
- Shift schedule: alternating day/night shifts
- Day shift: 10:00 – 22:00
- Night shift: 22:00 – 10:00
- It is not possible to choose only day shifts or only night shifts.
- Salary: 1000 AZN
