Position: Administrative Specialist
Place: Khankendi city
Application Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (school experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in administrative and clerical work
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Main responsibilities:
- Prepares, registers, and files all school administrative documents
- Manages incoming and outgoing letters, orders, and official papers
- Handles both electronic and paper document flow properly
- Prepares official letters for school management and staff
- Processes documents related to students, teachers, and parents
- Prepares basic reports and tables
- Supports general office work and organization
- Keeps documents safe and ensures confidentiality
- Follows school rules and carries out administrative tasks accordingly
