Position: Administrative Specialist

Place: Khankendi city

Application Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (school experience is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in administrative and clerical work
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepares, registers, and files all school administrative documents
  • Manages incoming and outgoing letters, orders, and official papers
  • Handles both electronic and paper document flow properly
  • Prepares official letters for school management and staff
  • Processes documents related to students, teachers, and parents
  • Prepares basic reports and tables
  • Supports general office work and organization
  • Keeps documents safe and ensures confidentiality
  • Follows school rules and carries out administrative tasks accordingly
