Is actively seeking to appoint the right candidate for the following position: Primary School Library Teacher (Full-Time)

Campus: Baku

Stream: International (Cambridge) Application Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (related field)
Strong communication skills in both English and Azerbaijani (spoken and written)
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (school experience is an advantage)
Good communication skills with students and staff
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & MS Teams)
Ability to follow school policies and procedures
Experience or interest in delivering drama/storytelling activities for students

Main responsibilities:

Helps organize library activities for students and teachers.
Conducts engaging activities for students, such as drama sessions and storytelling, to promote creativity, imagination, and a love for reading.
Helps with ordering and receiving new books for the library.
Registers new books and helps organize textbooks by class.
Follows library rules and helps inform students and teachers when needed.
Helps collect and arrange books at the end of the school year.
Assists in removing old or damaged books according to school rules.
Keeps basic records of library books and inventory.
Helps ensure lost books are replaced or paid for.
Supports the annual checking of library books.
Maintains discipline and order in the library.
