Requirements

4+ years’ related experience

Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and enterprise applications

Change management methodology experience

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

Process mapping tools

Basic Information of Business intelligence and analytics tools

Obligations

Process Analysis & Transformation:

  • Analyze current business processes and identify AI transformation opportunities
  • Challenge existing workflows and create prioritized transformation backlog
  • Develop AI integration roadmaps for critical business functions

Value-Driven Project Management:

  • Prioritize incoming AI requests from business teams
  • Establish value measurement frameworks and ROI analysis
  • Focus resources on high-impact AI transformation initiatives

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Coordinate AI readiness across Legal, InfoSec, and Compliance teams
  • Own business-side transformation execution and stakeholder alignment
  • Facilitate continuous collaboration between business and technical teams

Change Management:

  • Assess team AI readiness and identify training needs
  • Guide business teams on process optimization and AI integration
  • Drive adoption through targeted change management strategies

Technical Team Optimization:

  • Enhance AI development team effectiveness through proper prioritization
  • Align technical backlog with business value and strategic priorities
  • Maximize resource utilization and project impact

Strategic Vision:

  • Identify enterprise-level reusable AI solutions
  • Drive long-term AI strategy execution
