Participate in projects assigned to the department.
Support the preparation and updating of job descriptions (JDs) for various positions.
Participate in job analysis projects.
Support the development of job architecture and grading structures.
Contribute to the development of competency and grading systems based on job evaluation data.
Prepare structured reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI.
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and recommendations for performance programs.
Support HR teams in decision-making by providing accurate and practical data.
