- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in an educational setting or similar environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English (C1 level preferred); Azerbaijani language knowledge is an asset.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to create engaging and unique event concepts suitable for a school environment.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, event management software, and social media tools for promotion.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing event budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage school events such as assemblies, cultural programs, exhibitions, open days, graduations, and student activities.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure events align with school values and objectives.
- Coordinate logistics including venue, catering, equipment, and safety requirements.
- Manage event promotion through social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Negotiate with vendors and maintain good relationships with external partners.
- Prepare post-event reports and analyze feedback to improve future events.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, health, and safety standards during all events
