We’re Hiring: School Counselor

Kaspi International School is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and proactive School Counselor to join our team and help students reach their full potential.

The School Counselor will support students through individual and group counseling, guidance programs, and collaboration with staff and families. The counselor will serve as a key resource in fostering a positive, supportive, and safe school environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience working as a School Counselor
  • Knowledge of child and adolescent development, behavioral interventions, and social-emotional learning
  • Ability to connect with students across diverse backgrounds with empathy, integrity, and cultural competence
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of Russian and English
