- Respond promptly to messages received via WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms;
- Answer phone calls and provide initial information;
- Conduct interviews with training participants and ensure their placement into appropriate groups;
- Accept payments from participants attending the academy and coordinate with the finance department;
- Accurately enter and continuously update participant information in the system;
- Monitor the progress of trainings, track participant lists, and ensure their accuracy;
- Maintain precise records of all training-related information and reports;
- Coordinate communication between trainers and participants;
- Oversee the readiness of training rooms and technical equipment;
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to management.
Tələblər
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent);
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in administrative roles or training-related fields;
- Experience working in the education sector or training organizations;
- Experience managing various communication channels (WhatsApp, social media, email);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Good command of English;
- Fluent and effective communication skills in Azerbaijani;
- Basic knowledge of financial operations and payment processing;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
