• Provide academic support to teachers;
• Conduct lesson observations and provide feedback;
• Help in yearly assessment process;
• Monitor teachers’ planning to ensure it is carried out and meets requirements;
• Take a supportive role in curriculum development across the school and be responsible for its quality and effectiveness;
• Support other colleagues in their roles as curriculum subject leaders, both through formal and informal discussions and willingness to share and promote new initiatives led by other staff;
• Contribute to the overall success of LANDAU PreSchool by performing additional duties/responsibilities assigned by direct supervisor;
• Ensure that teachers have the opportunity to exchange ideas and good practice with other members of the department.

Tələblər

Background:

• Bachelor`s degree;
• 3+ years of experience as a teacher or a coordinator;
• English level – strong B2 or C1;
• Strong communication skills;
• Time management skills;
• Mentorship skills;
• Positive attitude.
