- Source and screen qualified candidates using various recruiting techniques, including job boards, social media, and referrals;
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings;
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers;
- Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and job postings;
- Conduct reference and background checks as needed;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely delivery of recruiting services;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Continuously improve and innovate the recruiting process to enhance the candidate experience and increase hiring efficiency;
- Meet or exceed recruiting targets for various positions within the organization;
- Maintain a high level of candidate satisfaction throughout the recruiting process;
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders;
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the recruiting process;
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress to hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition;
- Strong understanding of recruiting practices and techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates;
- Having excellent knowledge Azerbaijan and English language, proficiency in Russian is a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates;
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software tools.
