Senior Reporting and Budgeting Specialist

Work location: Baku, Yasamal district

Major responsibilities:

• Carrying out analytical and financial statements on a monthly basis;
• Preparation of monthly MIS and financial information;
• Assist in monitoring and adjusting of financial statements;
• Assist in preparation of budgeting and forecasting;
• Assist in monitoring major budget variances and investigation related changes at the end of each reporting period;
• Assist in preparation of ad hoc reports and presentations requested by management;
• Assist Manager Budgeting & Reporting of overall accounting matters;
• Assist in close budget process and preparation of budget notes on monthly, quarterly and annual financial results.

Qualifications & experience required:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, accounting, etc.
• Experience: min.3 year
• Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijan – native, English – good, Russian – preferable
• MS Office: high-level and design programs understanding

Other skills:

• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (minimum ACCA Papers: F2, F3)
• High level of accuracy, strong analytical skills;
• Strong communication and organization skills;
• Knowledge of reporting standards including IFRS;
