Role Summary: Manages all field surveying operations including GPR and GNSS/RTK teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily field operations.
• Coordinate underground GPR teams and above-ground GNSS/RTK surveyors.
• Assign tasks and monitor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Solve field-level operational issues.
• Report field progress to GIS Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years in field surveying operations.
• Strong knowledge of GNSS/RTK workflows.
• Leadership and team management skills.
