We’re looking for a Middle QA Engineer who takes quality seriously — across web, mobile, and backend services. You’ll work in a cross-functional Agile team, collaborate with developers and DevOps, and help maintain a high standard of software quality end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Validate REST APIs using Postman and Swagger
  • Analyze logs and provide root cause analysis (RCA) for defects
  • Create and maintain automation scenarios using Selenium and Playwright
  • Validate message flow via RabbitMQ and Kafka
  • Monitor system health with Grafana and investigate issues through ELK stack
  • Work across dev, staging, pre-prod, and prod environments
  • Collaborate actively in sprint ceremonies and bug triage cycles

Required skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of QA experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • API testing with Postman; browser dev tools for debugging
  • Automation experience with Selenium and/or Playwright
  • Solid Java knowledge; JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus
  • Database testing: PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • RabbitMQ or Kafka — message flow and consumer behavior validation
  • Grafana + Elasticsearch/Kibana for monitoring and log investigation
  • CI/CD experience with GitLab CI or similar
  • Test management tools: TestRail or Zephyr
  • JIRA, Git, and strong documentation skills
  • Clear communicator — able to articulate quality risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience with performance and load testing using k6.
  • Familiarity with Docker and/or Kubernetes in the context of test environment management.
  • Experience with mobile automation testing using Appium.
  • Knowledge of exploratory and risk-based testing approaches.
