• Support strategy development cycles, monitor and track the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensure alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to initiative parameters.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
• Support in the assessment of strategic investment initiatives across the company/group, monitor and review investment performance.
• Consolidate and prepare reports on strategic initiatives and business performance for Management Board and board-level discussions.
• Assist in establishing investment and strategy governance frameworks, policies, standards and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Support development and maintenance of company KPI dashboards
• Work closely Management Board, Central functions and Group companies to ensure consistency in strategic execution and compliance with organizational priorities

Tələblər

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Investments, or related fields; Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate and business strategy, management consulting, investment or similar roles within a corporate environment.
• Understanding of business performance metrics, strategic alignment principles and project management.
• Proven ability to work with financial information and management reports, track record in business evaluation and strategy oversight.
• Familiarity with regional and international investment landscapes.
• Skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and report preparation.
• Fluent Azerbaijani language skills and Upper-Intermediate level English proficiency.
