1. Process Ownership & Governance

  • Own and oversee all processes related to the seller journey (onboarding, education, daily operations, support, performance management)
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment of these processes across all relevant functions
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all seller-related processes and SOPs
  • Enforce compliance with defined standards and processes across involved teams (product, support, BDMs, etc.)

2. Seller Advocacy & Process Improvement

  • Represent the seller perspective in product and operational discussions
  • Identify inefficiencies and friction points in the seller experience and drive structured improvements
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve seller lifecycle from acquisition to retention

3. Communication & Enablement

  • Own outbound communication to sellers, ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand alignment
  • Develop and maintain seller education materials, onboarding guides, and operational resources
  • Collaborate with product, support, and commercial teams to ensure effective and coordinated seller support

4. Measurement & Performance

  • Own and improve key seller experience metrics (NPS, SLA adherence, onboarding drop-off, etc.)
  • Establish and manage feedback loops to collect, analyze, and act on seller insights
  • Support the commercial team’s assortment goals through effective seller onboarding and engagement

5. Inbound Seller Onboarding & Integration

  • Monitor conversion rates across all stages of the onboarding funnel
  • Assist potential sellers with overcoming onboarding barriers, including direct consultations when necessary
  • Manually complete or supervise non-automated onboarding steps (e.g., document approval, account activation)
  • Advise sellers on work models (FBS/FBO) and integration methods (BBU, FTP, API)
  • Oversee technical integration or coordinate with relevant teams when setup is handled externally
  • Conduct pre-launch quality checks (e.g., test orders) before final seller activation

Tələblər

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant field, seller/vendor management, or e-commerce process ownership
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to improve customer/seller-facing processes and drive measurable results
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured thinking and attention to detail in process documentation and governance
  • Experience with onboarding funnels, operational metrics, and CRM or seller support tools
  • Understanding of e-commerce logistics models (e.g., FBS/FBO), pricing systems, and technical integrations
  • Fluency in Russian and Azerbaijani; English is a strong plus
