- Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR-related needs, challenges, and opportunities;
- Support managers and teams in achieving alignment with the company’s goals and core values;
- Manage employee relations through thorough investigations and effective, timely resolutions;
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and succession planning;
- Interpret and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify improvement areas and deliver data-driven recommendations;
- Provide coaching and training to managers on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and employee engagement;
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously strengthen the HR function;
- Uphold ethical standards, anti-corruption principles, and corporate compliance requirements at all times;
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, fostering a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, and best practices;
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels;
- Proven experience in change management;
- High awareness of and commitment to ethical standards and corporate compliance.
- Language Skills: Fluent English is required,Russian is an advantage.
