Vendor & Supplier Management
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships across AgroDairy Group companies.
- Coordinate supplier qualification, onboarding, and approval processes in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update the Approved Vendor List (AVL).
- Ensure supplier documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Support vendor segmentation and categorization activities.
Supplier Performance & Evaluation
- Monitor vendor performance based on defined KPIs, service levels, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
- Identify supplier-related risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare vendor performance reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for management.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure suppliers comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and contractual obligations.
- Support vendor due diligence and risk assessment processes.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams regarding supplier-related compliance matters.
- Monitor supplier compliance documentation, certifications, and audit requirements.
Process Improvement & Governance
- Contribute to the development, standardization, and optimization of vendor management processes across the Group.
- Support automation and digitalization initiatives related to vendor management and supplier compliance tracking.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of vendor governance frameworks and controls.
- Ensure transparency, consistency, and process efficiency within supplier management activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and business units to ensure effective supplier management practices.
- Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding vendor management procedures and supplier-related matters.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field is an advantage
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, supply chain, or contracting
- Experience working with supplier qualification, vendor onboarding, compliance, or supplier performance management processes
- Experience working in group-level or multi-entity structure is preferred
- Knowledge of supplier risk assessment and compliance processes
- Experience with ERP systems and vendor databases (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Azerbaijani-fluent,English-intermediate or higher,Russian-fluent
