Role overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to ensure excellent product availability, visibility, and presentation across assigned retail outlets. The role focuses on implementing merchandising standards, supporting promotions, monitoring stock and trade equipment, and providing accurate field reporting.

What You'll be doing:

Visit assigned retail outlets according to approved routes and schedules; complete required visit checklists;

Ensure product availability and replenish shelves in line with the agreed assortment and merchandising standards;

Execute planograms and maintain correct product placement, facings, brand blocks, and SKU visibility;

Monitor shelf and backroom stock; identify out-of-stock situations, stock imbalances, and near-expiry risks;

Apply FEFO and, where relevant, FIFO rotation principles; report expired, damaged, or unsuitable products;

Check the accuracy of shelf prices and promotional price tags; report any discrepancies;

Install and maintain approved point-of-sale materials (POSM), promotional displays, and additional sales points;

Monitor the cleanliness, condition, and appropriate use of company refrigerators and other trade equipment;

Collect insights on competitor activities, pricing, assortment, promotions, and new product launches;

Complete visit updates, checklists, and photo reports accurately and on time using CRM or mobile tools;

Maintain effective working relationships with retail outlet staff and comply with retailer requirements;

Support new SKU launches, seasonal campaigns, inventories, and merchandising audits; promptly escalate operational issues.

Tələblər

  • Secondary, vocational, or higher education
  • Previous experience in FMCG, retail, sales
  • Knowledge of basic merchandising, planograms, product display, FEFO/FIFO rotation, and promotional standards
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to follow visit routes, manage time, and work independently
  • Confidence using smartphones, mobile applications, and photo reporting tools
  • A practical, proactive approach to identifying and resolving in-store issues
  • A reliable and hands-on team player
